Royal Builders handles kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home renovations. That means we do the demo, the framing changes, the plumbing and electrical coordination, the surfaces, and the finish work. One crew stays on the job from the first day to the final walkthrough, so you are not chasing four different subcontractors to figure out who is responsible for what.

Kitchens. New cabinets and counters, moved walls, better lighting, updated plumbing and electrical to handle the load. If you want to take down the wall between the kitchen and living room, we check whether it is load-bearing first and frame in the right support before anything comes out.

Bathrooms. Full gut renovations, walk-in showers, new tile, vanities, and proper waterproofing behind the walls. In this climate, the waterproofing matters as much as the tile you see. Skip it and you get mold and rot inside two years.

Whole-home. When you are updating most of the house at once, we sequence the trades so the work moves in the right order and the house stays livable as long as possible.

Before we start, we walk the space with you and give you a straight estimate on cost and timeline. If something behind the wall changes the number once demo opens it up, you hear about it that day, not at the end.
